Position Information:
The Sr HR Analyst will support the FedEx Services Workforce Strategy & Planning team.
This position will support workforce strategy for all FedEx Services. As part of a highly skilled analytical team, you will work with senior management to determine key workforce roles, forecast trends and gaps in staffing for those roles and help build solutions as part of overall staffing plans. You will be expected to create and manage project plans to produce deliverables and be able to develop effective presentations that support conclusions with analysis for broad audiences.
Preferred skills:
- Database experience: Access/MicroStrategy/TeraData/Oracle to include building complex queries, tables, views, and light database maintenance. SQL experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills including spreadsheet analysis and basic statistics
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills at all levels of organization
- Strong project management skills
- Strong mathematical background preferred
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Able to take ambiguous assignments, conceptualize solutions and drive execution
- Excellent organizational, planning, leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree/equivalent in Business, MIS or related quantitative discipline. Five (5) years directly related experience in one or more of the following: analysing HR systems; business/statistical analysis, leading low to medium complexity projects, advanced project management, analytical, problem solving, organization, planning and communication skills. Knowledge of data mining and reporting tools.
