This week at HuffPost Arts, we laughed at the story of a phallic public sculpture in New Zealand, cried at the 9/11-themed reinterpretation of a Michelangelo masterpiece, and wondered whether or not a stolen 'Rembrandt' was even the real thing. But, above all, we marvelled; we marvelled at a see-through church in Belgium, at the brand-covered interiors in a new exhibition and at the beauty and audacity of the subjects in our slideshow of artists' muses. These were our highlights this week; what were yours?

In the Information Age, "transparency" has rapidly become a buzzword, with calls for transparency in government, in business and even in church. Belgian architects Pieterjan Gijs and Arnout Van Vaerenbergh may have been taking that last example literally when they constructed a see-through chapel titled 'Reading Between the Lines' in Limburg, Belgium.
