Question by OneDay: Can you have a regular job and be a part time real estate agent at the same time?
I?m not sure what i?m going to do as far as my ?regular job? but I do want to be a part-time real estate agent to get some extra money on the side, plus i?ve always like real esate, but had a problem becuase I wanted a fixed income.

Also, i?m planning on living in manhattan(yes i know how expensive it is, thats why i want to become an agent)

any advice is appriciated.

I have a girl friend here in CA that does both. The regular job is her main source of income but the real estate is nice too and it?s very part time for her.
