Nick Cannon is one happy daddy! The TV-radio personality is absolutely over the moon with his new role as father to 2-month-old twins?Monroe and Moroccan.
"I cherish going home every single day to my family," Cannon, who is happily married to new mama Mariah Carey, told E! News. "It's great."
Cannon is a busy man: He hosts America's Got Talent and a New York radio show and he's currently getting ready to oversee Coney Island's famous 4th of July hot dog-eating contest. And while he's currently got his whole brood with him in N.Y.C., Cannon says traveling for work is a whole new ball game now that he's a dad.
"It's tough being away from my family," the 30-year-old admits. "It's so different than it was before, having to now leave those two little babies peering up at you to go to work."
But coming home to those sweet little faces is topped off by spending time with his wife, 42, who just may have her own burgeoning career in comedy.
"She has a great sense of humor," Cannon says. "She's always telling me, 'Oh, you should put this in your act.' She's actually the best punch-up joke writer I've ever met. She's on it and she's great...and it's one of the reasons why we fell in love."
