I just got back from Portugal and Porto was great! I stayed at the Residencial Pao de Acucar based on a recommendation from a person from Porto. It was about 40 Euros a night and was quite decent. The top floor rooms have a giant shared terrace with a beautiful view. The location was good too. To look closer or to reserve, try the link below.
